It has digital programming and diagnostics; the only problem with it is an intermittant lockup of the self-diagnostics on powerup. I hope to have this repaired before sale end. I will update this ad as needed. The cooling system works, and it comes with a four-place trunnion which contains matched pairs of 10, 16, and 25mm tube carriers. The main flask has an 8" opening with a teflon gasket in the top and with 5 side necks, 2 - 65/45 spherical joints located 180 Deg apart & 3 - $29/42 joints located at about 120 Deg apart. The bottom drain is a 35/20 Ball.
The domed head has a 65/40 spherical joint in the center and 1 - #11 Ace joint and 1 - 35/25 spherical joint at 180 deg apart.
Flask is 20" Dia at it's widest point. The entire assembly is 55" tall including stand and 30" in diameter.
Head clamp is a filled phenolic plastic resin material.

Gamma High Voltage Research, Mo RR40-1.5P, 40 KVDC, 1.5Ma, DC Power Supply. Very clean in appearance, works flawlessly. 19" Rack Mount. Analog voltmeter and ammeter, 10 turn voltage and current controls. Current control limits voltage to maintain current output at it's setpoint.
The image shows the unit producing about 30KV, but we had it cranked up to to 40KV with no apparent problems. The unit comes with a six foot HV lead, including probe.
The only problem I can see is; some AH cut the power cord off of it. We will ship it with a brand new power cord, but the winning bidder has to delve into his tool chest, and solder it on himself.

It stands about 3 ft high, bulb on top, slide holder beneath that and a focusing assembly holding a turret of three objectives beneath that. Light passes through slide, focused by objectives onto sheet of paper on table top below. I *think* it's called a projection microscope--that's what I call it.
Our present version was purchased in 1969. It still works (it has only two moving parts, the power switch and focusing assembly), but we use it a lot and would like a second one.
We'd also be grateful for any lead on a place to buy bulbs for the same.
